Idris A. Adesina is a multifaceted professional, prolific researcher and inspiring educator renowned for his expertise in leadership development, organisational behaviour, and human resource management. With a distinguished academic background including an MSc in Organisational Behaviour & Management from the University of Lagos and a BSc in Business Administration & Management from Redeemers University, Idris embodies a commitment to academic excellence and practical application.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Strategic Human Resource Management , Idris is on the forefront of advancing knowledge in his field. His research interests span inclusive leadership, workplace diversity, and organisational culture, with a focus on developing strategies that foster employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
Idris's academic contributions are underscored by his published works, including "Exploring Team-bonding as a Strategic Tool for Organisational Development: Empirical Evidence of Fintech Firms in Lagos State," published in the International Journal of Management Leadership and Productivity Development. Additionally, his research on the "Mediating role of integrative leadership in enhancing team performance in the South-West Federal Nigeria University System is currently at final review stage with journal of WorkPlace learning.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Idris is actively engaged in professional development initiatives. He holds an Advanced Professional Certificate in Strategic Leadership from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management (UK), which has equipped him with strategic insights and leadership acumen crucial for navigating complex business landscapes.
Idris's dedication to nurturing the next generation of leaders is exemplified through his involvement in various Non-Profit African leadership Fellowships and programs, serving as a Leadership Mentor and Facilitator, he empowers young African dreamers and doers with hands-on leadership skills to drive change in their communities.
